Body, Mind, and Spirit

This well rounded class combines a variety of disciplines and routines designed to provide a full body workout with an emphasis on focusing the whole body and spirit.

Monday's class begins with warm up stretches followed by breathing exercises, 15 minutes of weights, and then a combination of stretching and relaxing that focuses on head, shoulders, arms, hands, back, abdominals, and finally hips, legs, and feet. A blessing of the day and evocation of awareness to our connection with the Earth concludes the rejuvenating activities this class provides.

Thursday's class is similar in format, but usually involves variations on Monday's exercise routines and usually does not include the use of weights.

The multiplicity of activities, combined with the meditative physical and spiritual relaxation Harriet's class provides, offers a unique convergence of disciplines that will refresh your spirit and renew your energy.
