The Sivananda sequence is a flowing sequence of postures and
counter-postures, combined with breath work, relaxation and sun salutations.
This basic class is appropriate for a wide range of people, allowing for
variations and modifications when necessary. We blend relaxation and
invigoration, strength and effortlessness, all combined and in synchronicity
with the healing breath.
