Gayna's Multi-level Classes

With Gayna's years of yoga teaching experience since 1970, she can tailor each yoga posture to the ability-level of each individual, as well as answer questions students may have about yoga. This class begins with some seated poses, includes Sun Salutations, and can include standing poses, sitting poses, forward bends, back-bends, as well as inversions. She often asks at the beginning of class if there are any requests, then addresses those requests as an integral part of the class.

Deep Release & Yoga For Your Back
Deep Relese Yoga Wed.  9:30 -11:30 am and Yoga for Your Back Fri. 4 -5:30 pm

Hanuman

Hanuman is now teaching two new classes! "Deep Release Yoga" is for levels 1 & 2 and meets on Wednesday mornings from 9:30 to 11:30 am. His Friday afternoon class, "Yoga For Your Back" is for all levels and meets from 4 till 5:30 pm.

Dawn's Sivananda Class on Saturday mornings has become a popular and invigorating way for many local residents to start their weekend. Intermediate to advanced yoga enthusiasts will find much to enjoy here.

Dawn also host two wonderful Monday morning classes:

~ Pre-Natal Yoga from 10 am till 11 am
~ Mama & Baby Yoga Playgroup from 11 am till 12 pm

Beginning Yoga & Hatha Yoga
Beginning Yoga ~ Sundays 10 - 11: 30 am

On Sunday mornings Ann teaches beginning hatha yoga using slow movement and long holds to allow the postures to be a lens for focusing breath and mind. Attention is paid to safe alignment and individual abilities are accommodated.

Vinyasa - All Levels

Kaylie in Redwoods

An invigorating, dynamic alignment based flow designed to strengthen and stretch your muscles, as well as relax your mind. The sequence begins with a full body warm up and sun salutations, moves into grounding standing poses, and ends with heart opening back ends, deep hip openers, & releasing forward folds. Open to all levels, come prepared to move and sweat!

Ashtanga Yoga - Level 2-3

Ashtanga Primary Series: A specific vinyasa flow series that definitely keeps you moving. It starts with sun salutations, moves into standing poses, forward bends, twists, inversions, and back-bends, and a very appreciated relaxation period to complete the series... Very fun and invigorating!  Previous experience practicing yoga is required. We often help each other in this class.
