Ashtanga Primary series: a specific vinyasa flow series that definitely keeps you moving. It starts with sun salutations, moves into standing poses, forward bends, twists, inversions, and back-bends, and a very appreciated relaxation period to complete the series... Very fun and invigorating!  Previous experience practicing yoga is required. We often help each other in this class.
